01Technical drawing
Every figure starts as a scaled construction drawing that maps the steel frame, proportions and installation points before any metal is cut.

02Digital design
Designs are developed into digital renders and visualisations, giving you a clear preview of scale, colour and atmosphere before production.

03Steel welding
Skilled welders bend and weld galvanised steel into the underlying skeleton, building the shape and strength that supports every detail.

04Sculpture forming
Finer wirework and structural shaping complete the figure, ensuring accurate proportions and safe load distribution for transport and install.

05Fabric covering
Fire-rated fabrics are hand-stretched, stitched and layered over the frame, creating the smooth, luminous surfaces that define the final piece.

06Art treatment
The final colour treatment, facial detail and hand-painted finishes bring the figure to life, locking in expression, depth and the exact character you approved.

A complete production chain, not a trading desk.
Many suppliers outsource the hard stages. We keep them under our own roof, so accountability stays with one team from first sketch to loaded container.
